Gutter Cleaning & Brightening

St. Louis has a lot of mature trees, and every one of them ends up in your gutters. Once they clog, rainwater backs up over the edge and runs down your siding, your fascia and your foundation instead of out the downspout. Clearing them once or twice a year is one of the cheapest things you can do to protect a house.

We pull the debris out by hand, bag it, and flush every downspout so water actually reaches the ground where it belongs. Before we leave, we check that each run drains the way it should. Nothing gets dumped in your beds and the ground is left tidy.

Cleaning the inside is only half the job. Over the years the outside faces of aluminum gutters build up dark vertical streaks, often called tiger striping, that a garden hose will never touch. Our brightening treatment breaks that oxidation down and brings the white finish back, so your gutters match freshly cleaned siding instead of dragging the whole look down.
