How long does sealing last?

Most driveways and patios go three to five years between coats, depending on traffic and sun exposure. Pavers are similar. We will tell you honestly what your surface needs.

Do you have to clean the concrete first?

Yes, always. A sealer locks in whatever is under it, including stains and algae. We clean the surface, let it dry fully, and then seal it.

When can we use the surface again?

Foot traffic is usually fine within a few hours. We recommend keeping vehicles off a sealed driveway for at least 24 hours, and we will give you exact timing for the product we use.
